    Yoga & Pilates

    We invite all of our guests to participate in our Yoga and Pilates classes offered four days each week (2 of each). Both are complimentary and take place in our Yoga Pavilion located at the foot of our walking trail, next to our Oceanfront Rooms. Our classes are tailored to suit a wide variety of skill levels. There is no need to sign up in advance for our classes, simply check our Exclusive Experiences schedule for day and time. Guests not wishing to partake in organized classes are welcome to use the pavilion for personal practice and meditation at all times As part of our Exclusive Experiences schedule, guests at East Winds will find our daily Yoga and Pilates classes (4 days per week), our hiking trail, and our open-air fitness area the perfect compliment to the relaxation of their holiday.

    Eat Well

    The food at East Winds has been designed with our guest’s wellness in mind. Vegetarian options are always available and are a highlight of our Table D’hôte dinner choices. To start the day, guests can enjoy freshly prepared local juices every morning at breakfast and our Chef and his team are available to discuss and design menus based around any level of dietary needs.

    Open Air Spa Pavilion

    Visiting the spa at East Winds is neither about glitz nor glamour. Our Open Air Spa Pavilion exists to deliver personal and effective spa treatments in an atmosphere that can only be described as truly Caribbean. Featuring two private treatment rooms, guests of our spa enjoy the soothing sounds of the gardens that surround them, and the cooling tropical breeze that glides over them during their treatment. Appointments may be booked in advance upon your arrival to the resort.
