- Rates are per room per night, and subject to 10% service charge and 8% government tax, including ALL meals, drinks and activities as listed below.
- Child Policy – Child rates apply to children from 4-16 yrs sharing with 2 adults or with one adult booked in single room. And are limited to 2 children per room, on rollaway extra beds. Children under 4 are accommodated free at all times, when sharing with 2 adults or one adult booked in single room. No children under 12 years 01-28 February 2012.
- Third person rates apply to anyone over 16 years and are limited to one extra person per room on a rollaway extra bed in Superior and Deluxe rooms only. No extra person or child, i.e. third person, in Ocean View rooms.
- Minimum stay – at all times the minimum stay shall be 6 nights unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellation Policy – three (3) days cancellation charge will apply to all bookings cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within the last 7 days prior to arrival the full amount is payable. The following exceptions apply: for the periods 21December 03 January 2012/13 when the minimum cancellation charge for bookings cancelled between 30 days and 7 days prior to the arrival date shall be 50% of the total value of the bookings. We strongly recommend that guests take insurance that covers them for any cancellation charge.
- Payment Policy – unless otherwise agreed all charges are payable on or before arrival. A deposit of not less than the minimum cancellation fee set out above is payable at the time of booking.
East Winds Inn All Inclusive Features:
- Complimentary fruit basket in the room upon arrival.
- Full breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and 4 course dinner daily. In the evening silverservice and twice weekly barbeque and buffet (including special Friday night lobster grill).
- 'Hampers' are provided for guests wishing to enjoy a picnic lunch on their private excursions.
- All restaurant and bar beverages by the glass: wine, beer, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks (all from international brands). Champagne is served in the evening at the bar, year round.
- At dinner a choice of 3 or 4 different wines are offered from the hotel wine cellar. For lunch a choice of specially selected house wines (white, red and rose).
- Weekly Manager's champagne cocktail party with canapés.
- Activities: Shuffleboard, table-tennis and use of Yoga Pavilion, Entertainment Pavilion and fitness/running track. Also available is a wide selection of free board games, an extensive free library of DVD’s (for rooms with TV) and books, as well as a selection of CD’s for the CD alarm clocks available in all rooms.
- Free water sports: hobie-cats, pedalos, kayaks, aqua-view boards and snorkelling equipment.
- Regular live entertainment.
Not included in the rates: Laundry and dry cleaning, local and international calls, cigarettes and cigars, baby sitting (available on request). Any other items not specifically included.
