Cuisine at East Winds is of the highest standard. We work closely with local producers to source the freshest local produce, whether that be fresh fish, such as Marlin or Swordfish, caught daily from our abundant seas, fresh vegetables from local farmers or the freshest herbs from our very own herb garden.
Our Executive Chef carefully designs the most delicious of dishes selected from local Caribbean cuisine to well-known international dishes (including vegetarian options). East Winds is also a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, the International Association of Gastronomy.
