Unlock your potential to move toward a lighter, more enjoyable, and natural experience in your yoga practice. In this workshop week, Jill will show you how exploring each pose—intelligently and systematically—beginning with the feet, can help you to find alignment, balance, and harmony of the body, brain, and mind.
At daily classes (1 rest day built in) learn how to increase your awareness of what’s happening in your practice as a means to abstain from injury and undue strain, perfect the poses, and ultimately, build strength and confidence in your yoga practice.
Suitable for all levels.
About the Instructor Jill is the director and teacher at YOGA ON THE BAY on the island of St. Lucia. She teaches classes, workshops, and retreats internationally as well as in the U.S. She is a 20-year student and practitioner of BKS Iyengar Yoga with continuous study in the art and science of teaching.
